30 Days Returns Warranty


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from homeler.shop, simply contact our Support Center. You can return the product within 30 days after receiving the package. We will always offer the best solution for our customers. All problems that arise can be negotiated,

Return Policy:

1. homeler's responsibility

Within 30 days of your receipt, we are responsible or partially responsible for all of the following defective items: stains, tears or rips, obvious color differences, and significant differences between the product pictured and the product you receive. We will resolve your problem through refund compensation and free resending until you are satisfied.

Size issues: If it is a huge gap between the size and the real thing, we will be responsible for solving it. If it is because you misjudged the size, we can provide free replacement, but you have to pay the postage. Everything is negotiable, the customer first is our purpose.

2. Customer's responsibility

Homeler is not liable for problems under the following: Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.

We will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. But all the shipping fees are non-refundable.

Notes about Warranty

  • Our warranty does not apply to products listed under the following categories: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and clearance items. If Homeler made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  • For losing threads, small seam problems are not included in quality problems. 
  • All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.
  • Please contact us to get the refund address. we will refund the money in 1 business day if it's Homeler's responsibility. We will refund the money after we received the return package if it's the customer's willing to exchange or return.
